Marvellous and incredible location, pleasant hotel and also fairly clean. Satisfactory breakfast with delicious omelette, great staff. Had twin/double room with the bathrooms, a balcony, as example. Early check in & the service was nice! Nice interior, trendy restaurant. Easy 26 minutes' ride to and from airport.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

the room is good-sized and freshly decorated with a balcony. the hotel offers very very good meal in the morning with omelettes.

The staff provided really good support during an emergency.
Our room had an unpleasant proximity to the kitchen, leading to food fumes permeating the space during meal times. The strict policy against bringing drinks to the room seemed contradictory, especially with a mini-fridge provided.

Excellent arrangement, the fine personnel (professional, benevolent), good maintenance of cleanliness in number. General impression very positive. Many thanks to the personnel for pleasant days!
From minuses - probably it is time to change partially furniture (the bed very creaked) and to diversify breakfasts a little

The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach and a ten minute ride by bus to the old city (the bus runs every 10 min). The staff were unbelievable, very friendly, helpful and courteous. Beautiful location, everything is close by.

The location is ideal, just steps from the beach, and my room was clean with a nice balcony. The air conditioning could have been cooler and I found the bed uncomfortable. The dinner menu at the on-site restaurant lacked flavor and was pricier than nearby options, but the breakfast was decent.

The location, the staff, the complimentary breakfast.
There was no hot water for showers one morning . We needed to leave early and it was not fixed prior to our departing so we took cold showers!

We liked the location of this hotel. It is two minutes away from the beach and you can get a bus at the top of the road straight into the entrance to the old city of Dubrovnik. The staff were very kind and efficient. They informed us of the bus routes , the purchasing of the tickets etc on our arrival. The area outside the hotel is completely pedestrianized so is quiet at night and safe during the day.

The Hotel Perla really is a "Pearl" in this wonderful city! First time stay, lovely room and overall cleanliness. Lunch or Dinner at the terrace is highly recommended, very attentive service! Thanks to Kristina from reception we were very nicely taken care of. Hotel staff speaks english, french and german. Management is done by a Croatian family and they definitly know what they are doing. Thanks again, we will be back in August. D.

The staff in the Perla were very helpful and pleasant. We thought the hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Dubrovnik. The picturesque bay was just a 1 minute walk away and the old town is just a short bus ride. The sea view from the 5th floor was an added bonus.
